2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour with us. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who assumes responsibility for their participation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour start date receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.
  • High Alpine Trails reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, weather conditions, and terrain hazards. High Alpine Trails is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during our tours.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect nature, local communities, and fellow hikers. Any disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of High Alpine Trails and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is used and protected.

9. Modifications to Terms
